In this project, our team undertook comprehensive research in the watch and fashion accessories industry, focusing on macro trends. We employed prediction models and linear regression to analyze data from a loyalty campaign survey, identifying key drivers of signups and purchases. Additionally, we performed cluster analysis on our existing customer base to inform our social media strategy development. We also conducted a thorough keyword analysis and calculated Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Click (CPC) to enhance our SEO and SEM initiatives. Finally, we provided strategic recommendations for the new product line.
